Be it low priced through DHL/Standard Parcel Post, more quickly via DHL Express or UPS, or especially reliable and secure by a specifically trained freight forwarder. And in addition you can also pick up your order yourself at our Shop if you prefer.

- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Certain items, such as personalized products, final sale items, and perishable goods, are non-returnable.

- Receive Return Instructions: We will provide you with a return address and instructions.
- Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and send it back using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email.
- If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
4. Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order. This ensures faster processing and availability.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at contact@marketmest.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account and contact your payment provider. Some banks may take additional time to process the refund.
